- Account and order-related communications: For shoppers and those with Smoodies accounts, we’d like to let you know when an order is on its way, provide you with shipment tracking information, or inform you of payment issues
- Personal Offers & Promotions: Occasionally we send out a heads-up about something special available only for our subscribers — a limited edition Smoodie, seasonal flavors, or special promotions
- Check-ins: We check in now and again to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your Smoodie experience or to remind you that you can always reach out to us if you need to (at support@smoodies.net)
Account and order related communications will always be sent, but you can adjust which of the remaining three you’d like to continue receiving from your email preferences in your account profile.
